Lauren Ash-Morgan is the Founding Co-Artistic Director for the new theatre company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor as well as a board member for SSC from 2011. She also served the SSC as a producer and composer of costumes/set designs, music director, and text-coach while serving as Artistic Direction. She briefly studied at Pomona College before graduating from Lewis & Clark College. Post's previous marriage was to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross has been her husband and co-writer since 1982. Together, they have two daughters. A wonderful actress and the perfect mother and wife. Post has been a source of inspiration to many people within Hollywood.
